There are many benefits to receiving healing from Crystals and Minerals and to understand this, we need to understand energy. Our whole life is impacted by the energies around us. In our Modern World, we have forgotten this fact and are only now beginning to understand this knowledge again, as our Spiritual Selves begin to open up and we begin to search for answers outside of the World we are able to see.

Every day we are taking in energy and giving energy out. We do this by the way we live, how we dress, what we eat, the choices we make, as well as the energy coming from under the ground beneath our feet! Through these things, we are constantly being affected by energy. Sometimes we are taking in too much of one kind of energy (in White Time, we see these energies as colour) and not enough of another kind of frequency or colour. When this happens, we become imbalanced and can then either have problems entering into our lives in the way of situations or we can become sick in the body.

For Billions of years, crystals and minerals have been fed by the Universe with a strong current of energy. Different stones take in different kinds of frequencies and when you know how to, you can work with different combinations of stones to promote healing and balance inside of a person. This knowledge can target different kinds of illnesses and problems because when you know what energy has caused a problem in the first place, you are simply placing the right frequency into a person to correct it.

Crystals and Minerals are very beautiful and they heal in a special and strong way on all levels of our being, i.e. they are completely holistic. They are also easy to use and are excellent at helping us in targeting key areas. You can really get to the heart of an issue with crystals and can use them to great effect; they begin to work on you and your energy straight away.

Crystals and mineral healing is both strong and gentle, and can be used to treat everyone; you can even use crystals for babies, young children, the elderly, adults across the board, animals, plants and nature.

They are also connected to Mother Earth, which actually adds quite a force, strength and a love to their healing frequency. As the Earth evolves, so do the energies of the crystals and minerals and that means that their frequencies are rising and that we get higher energies from them.

They evolve spiritually as we do and this makes a big difference in terms of which stones we use and what they can do for us; we now have further possibilities in spiritual growth thanks to crystals. They are aiding us even now, as we begin our steps towards the New Earth and the changes that are coming for humanity. They are changing their roles to assist us and Mother Earth. These are truly amazing times!

They give balance to our whole planet and have an even greater role with dimensions. They are a back bone for all life in many, many ways. They give us a connection through their energy to Higher Worlds and Higher Beings of Light and Love.

In the philosophy of White Time we understand about health and colour, and this can of course be applied to crystals, as mentioned above. Healing from crystals is a constant source of colour for us and this means that we can actively choose what colours to feed ourselves with, but we can also work with our stones to connect Spiritually, if we so choose and to help ourselves to grow and understand. Crystals are a magical doorway we can use to bring us health, wealth, happiness and love. It is all about working with the right combination of energy!

Different combinations of stones give us tons of varied effects and when using the right ones, we can also choose what areas we want to have healing for, even if it is just to refresh or re-energize, de-stress or empower ourselves.

All levels of ourselves and our energy can benefit from stones and their own lovely frequencies.
There really isn’t any kind of problem that you cannot treat with the use of stones.
